The challenge
Swepac found manual bottlenecks spread across the entire value chain: spare part lookups, order registration, complex production planning. The problems were not isolated to one function but a systemic pattern of inefficiency.
Growth was limited by expertise that lived in individual people. A large volume of data existed (drawings, manuals, production history), but none of it was operationally usable for fast decisions.
What we built
Rather than buying point solutions, Swepac implemented AEL Studio as a platform: an agent factory where new specialised agents are built and deployed as new needs appear. The platform is private, runs on Swedish soil, and all Swepac data stays under their control.
Multiple agents are in production today, each built for one specific bottleneck. Each new agent reuses the same platform, the same data and the same security model, so every new agent is faster to deliver than the one before.

Gives the sales team immediate access to technical data, pricing and previous quotes, shortening the sales cycle and reducing dependence on senior colleagues being available.
Spare Parts Agent
Interprets exploded-view drawings and PDF manuals through RAG, answering customer questions in seconds instead of hours.
Order Agent
Automates order registration by interpreting incoming purchase signals and validating them against product data.
Production Planning Agent
Optimises production flow by analysing capacity and material availability in real time.
